• Creek Park Entry Fee: All visitors must pay AED 5 to enter Creek Park. Tourists can purchase tickets at the counter or kiosk; residents can use a ticket or NOL card.
• Transfers: Shared transfers are available from centrally located hotels in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina). Transfer timings may vary due to traffic conditions.
• Free Entry for Toddlers: Children under 2 years enter for free.
• Water Activity Restrictions: For Majestic Swim or dolphin interaction, children must be 8 years or older and confident swimmers.
• Health Restrictions: Pregnant women or guests with injuries are not allowed to swim with dolphins.
• Eating & Smoking Policy: Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in transfer vehicles.
• Time-Slot Bookings: For time-based ticket bookings with transfers, delays may require using alternative transportation to avoid missing the show. Refund requests for transfer delays can be submitted afterward.
• Confirmation for Special Experiences: Majestic Swim and Meet & Greet bookings will receive a separate confirmation email. Contact Customer Support if not received within 12 hours.
